Thrive Week is a week-long series of events that focus on building positive health and wellbeing for KPU students, staff and faculty. This year, Thrive is taking place from Monday, October 28 – Thursday, October 31. More than an event, Thrive is a mindset – it means to flourish or prosper. At KPU, we want our entire community to thrive and we invite everyone to reflect on what you can do for your wellbeing.
This year, there are approximately 25 activities and workshops available for students, faculty and staff to participate in. Check out the full schedule below or by visiting: https://www.kpu.ca/thrive/thriveweek
Workshop registration is also now OPEN! There are a number of workshops available during Thrive Week, such as Queer Competency Training, Student Rights and Responsibilities workshops, and a presentation by Student Awards and Financial Assistance.
